A 32×28 mm cyst with homogeneous internal fluid density and without calcification, septations, or enhancing solid component is noted within the second portion of the duodenum adjacent to the pancreatic head.

A low attenuation lesion, measuring 12 mm in diameters, is depicted, located at the 8th hepatic segment, revealing early peripheral, nodular enhancement, and centripetal filling, which could be suggestive of hemangioma.

Evidence of prior splenectomy is present. Several enlarged accessory spleens are noted in the surgical site.

Case Discussion

Non-enhanced unilocular intra duodenal cystic lesion is most likely consistent with duodenal duplication cyst.
