Headache, vomiting, and drowsiness after delivery 20 days back.

Acute intra-parenchymal lobar hemorrhage is noted in the right occipital lobe.

Small hemorrhage focus in the left occipital grey-white matter junction.

Increased density along the dilated posterior aspect of the superior sagittal sinus extending to the confluence.

Case Discussion

Dense vein sign is a known sign of dural venous sinus thrombosis seen on non-enhanced CT.

Lobar hemorrhage is a known complication of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis.

Pregnancy and recent delivery are known risk factors for cerebral venous sinus thrombosis.
