Blunt trauma to lumbar region one month earlier. Presents with midline swelling in lumbar region. Radiograph - No vertebral collapse. USG to examine swelling. Clinical diagnosis: haematoma.

Case Discussion
If a morphologically-similar lesion is found in the hip-femur region it is known as a Morel-Lavallee lesion.
