An intramedullary lesion with typical rings and arcs calcifications in the distal diaphysis and metaphysis of the right femur. The endosteal cortical border was not eroded.
Case Discussion
The location and the chondroid matrix calcifications of the lesion, all are in favor of an enchondroma.
