Chest pain.

Age: 40 years old
Gender: Female
x-ray

Bone lesion with stippled calcification with a narrow zone of transition in the right humeral metaphysis.

Case Discussion

Appearances in keeping with an en(chondroma) of the humerus.

This is a benign cartilaginous tumor of the medullary cavity. They typically occur in the metaphyseal regions of long bones.
