Presentation
Headaches. Excision of right cerebellopontine mass 10 years earlier.
Patient Data

The right cerebellopontine angle contains a near-CSF density lesion. Note the prior right sided craniectomy.

A near-CSF intensity mass, with incomplete attenuation on FLAIR, is seen in the right CPA, characteristic of an epidermoid cyst. This is confirmed by the marked high signal on DWI. Note the prior right sided craniotomy.
Case Discussion
This patient had a right sided cerebellopontine angle mass (shown to be an epidermoid cyst) excised 10 years previously. They were lost to followup until represented with symptoms relating to posterior fossa mass effect.
