Presentation

Trauma, found by side of the road.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years

Communited fracture squamous portion right temporal bone. 

Large right convexity lentiform collection with several mass effect on the right cerebral hemisphere, leftward midline shift, subfalcine herniation and early trapping of the left lateral ventricle. 

Few underlying hemorrhagic contusions.
