Left iliac fossa pain, low grade, for 2 days.

In the region of maximal tenderness (left iliac fossa), there is an ovoid, non-compressible, hyperechoic mass, without significant internal vascularity. The size of the lesion is 50 x 30 x 25 mm.

Local mass effect is noted without bowel wall thickening or ascites.

No signs of diverticulum is noted.
