Sharply marginated lytic bone lesion without perifocal oedema around the femoral fixation device of the ACL graft.
Case Discussion
Femoral tunnel cysts after ACL reconstruction are quite rare 1. This one obviously does not contain fluid, but vascularised tissue (perhaps granulation tissue?).
