Presentation

Right sided abdominal pain - 2 days

Patient Data

Age: 23 yrs
Gender: Female

There is a relatively ill-defined area of increased echogenesity involving upper pole of right kidney. It shows poor flow signals. There is peri-nephric fluid rim.

Ultrasound findings of a typical lobar nephronia.

Later lab results showed high WBC count in blood and high WBC count in urine microscopic examination.
