Info

There are two gallbladders draining into a single cystic duct.
The most medial gallbladder contains some microcalculi in the infundibulum.
The bile ducts are not dilated.

There is also left obstructive uropathy from ureteral stones with a urinoma.

Case Discussion

Variants of gallbladder duplication exist, differentiated by the presence of 1 or 2 cystic ducts and completeness of division of the gallbladder.
