Presentation
Right-sided abdominal pain. An abdominal ultrasound was performed, which reports a right adrenal mass.
Patient Data

A large retroperitoneal mass is observed in the projection of the right adrenal gland, measuring 97 x 99 x 103 mm with regular, well-defined edges and a fat density of -104 UH that shows no significant enhancement in contrast-enhanced phases. The previously described mass displaces the kidney inferiorly without causing dilation of the excretory system.
Case Discussion
Myelolipomas are benign tumors composed of mature adipose tissue and hematopoietic elements, typically arising within the adrenal glands. They are often discovered incidentally during imaging for unrelated reasons and are usually asymptomatic.
