Hepatic abscess: large left lobe

Diagnosis almost certain

Large, multiseptated lesion, occupying most of the left hepatic lobe. It shows irregular and thick peripheral as well as septal enhancement. Surrounded by inflammatory stranding and peri-hepatic free fluid.
