The rotator cuff is intact. There is no bursal or glenohumeral joint effusion. There is a depression in the posterior aspect of humeral head deep to infraspinatus tendon level.
Case Discussion
Ultrasound study of a female patient with a history of recent shoulder dislocation demonstrates a Hill-Sachs lesion with an intact rotator cuff.
