Small fracture with mild displacement is noted at tip of hook of hamate bone.
Case Discussion
Features are consistent with a hook of hamate fracture. It should be noted that the hook of the hamate has its own ossification center, which may fail to fuse with the body of the hamate, creating an ossicle that can be difficult to distinguish from a fracture of the hook.
