Presentation

Lower abdominal recurrent pain - atleast 1 yr. LSCS - 10 yrs back Abdominal TL - 6 yrs back

Patient Data

Age: 40 yrs
Gender: Female
Ultrasound

A thin walled anechoic oblong structure is noted right adnexa with normal ovary at its one end.

Left ovary and uterus are normal.

hydrosalpinx is a descriptive term and refers to a fluid filled dilatation of the fallopian tube.
