Well-defined hypodense cystic lesion is seen at the pancreatic head which appears to be continuous with the diffusely dilated main pancreatic duct. The common bile duct is not dilated. No intra-hepatic biliary radicles dilatation.
Case Discussion
Findings suggestive of intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm (main duct type).
