Presentation
A male patient presents with a painless right breast mass persisting for approximately 5–6 months.
Patient Data

A 5 mm nodular opacity is observed in the upper quadrant of the right breast on mammography. The left breast appears normal on the mediolateral oblique (MLO) mammographic view.

Sonographic evaluation reveals a structure with the typical appearance of an intramammary lymph node.
Case Discussion
Intramammary lymph nodes are identified in approximately 5% of mammographic studies but are exceedingly rare in the male breast 1. Familiarity with the characteristic imaging features of benign male breast conditions is crucial for accurate interpretation, reducing the risk of unnecessary and invasive interventions 2.
