Case Discussion
This is a 5-year-old child complaining of right foot pain. X-ray of the foot was requested, and demonstrates thinning (wafer like) and patchy necrosis of the navicular bone consistent with Köhler disease. Typically seen during childhood (4-6 years) with male predilection.
