Presentation
Chest pain and dyspnea
Patient Data

Rectangular intracardiac pacemaker device projected over the right ventricle.
Left atrial occluder device positioned within the left atrial appendage, a Watchman device.
Right atrial and right ventricular retained cardiac pacemaker tips, from the previous left pectoral dual lead pacemaker. See subsequent radiograph.
Internal fixation of the sternum with wires, plate and screws.
Case Discussion
The leadless cardiac pacemaker is not to be mistaken for an implantable loop recorder device, which is positioned in the subcutaneous tissues of the chest. The lateral radiograph confirms this device is intracardiac.
The dual lead pacemaker was removed due to infected leads.
