Mason classification is used to classify radial head fractures.
- type I: undisplaced fracture (<2 mm)
- type II: displaced marginal sector of the radial head or displaced neck fracture (>2 mm)
- type III: comminuted radial head fracture or completely displaced neck fracture
- type IV: elbow dislocation with radial head fracture
