Presentation
Recurrent epistaxis with left nasal obstruction.
Patient Data

Small well-defined vividly enhancing soft tissue mass of the anterior aspect of the left nasal cavity with a broad-based attachment to the nasal septum. No destruction of the underlying nasal cartilage.
Case Discussion
The CT features and location are suggestive of pyogenic granuloma also known as lobular capillary hemangioma.
The most common site for nasal pyogenic granuloma is the anterior nasal septum, followed by the turbinates and the roof of the nasal cavity.
On imaging, the main differential considerations include other nasal masses such as inverting papilloma, angiomatous polyp, juvenile angiofibroma, hemangiopericytoma, nasal glial heterotopia.
