Bilateral peribronchial thickening and a small right sided pneumothorax.
Case Discussion
There is bilateral peribronchial thickening, but don't be fooled into thinking that's the main cause of respiratory distress and diagnose bronchiolitis - there's a right sided pneumothorax which is more likely to be the cause of the symptoms and signs and certainly needs to be observed.
