Incidental finding in a case of ankle trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 14 years
Gender: Male

A cortical-based distal tibial diaphyseal lesion is noted with lowe signal intensity on T1, high signal intensity on T2 with a thin hypointense rim on T1 and T2.
