The femur shows no definite abnormal marrow signal with intact cortex. The included right hip joint is intact. 

The muscles are normal in size without signal intensity.

The neurovascular bundles are intact.

There is no thickening of the myofascial planes.

No soft tissue swelling appreciated.

Signal intensity and thickness of the subcutaneous tissue are within normal limits.
