Presentation
A history of liver laceration with suspicious of the rupture of the biliary tree. T-tube cholangiogram is performed on the second day after car accident.
Patient Data

Good opacification of the gall bladder, intrahepatic and common bile ducts.
Multiple filling defects within the gall bladder denotes biliary stones.
No contrast leak identified.
Normal drainage of contrast to the duodenum.
Degenerative changes as endplate sclerosis and marginal osteophyte formation also are seen along with the thoracolumbar spine.
Case Discussion
This technique has been largely superseded by MRCP and ERCP and can evaluate the patency of CBD, rule out of any remaining calculi and biliary leakage.
