Age: 60
Gender: Male

CT Chest,abdomen and pelvis

Marked circumferential irregular mural thickening of the distal esophagus with luminal narrowing and subsequent proximal esophageal dilatation. No secondary spread of the primary cancer was observed.

This case shows an esophageal carcinoma.
