Ultrasound demonstrated bilateral submandibular gland lesions, larger on the right. Lesions are well-defined, hypoechoic without calcification or necrosis. Increased vascularity was present. No extracapsular spread was noted. No cervical lymphadenopathy seen.
Case Discussion
FNAC - Right lesion - Warthin's tumor. But it is rare for this tumor to be in the submandibular gland. It is mostly in parotids.
Post excision histopathology - Oncocytoma.
