Left visual loss

Patient Data

Age: 25
Gender: Female
Modality: MRI

Swelling and increased T2 signal in the left optic nerve close to the chiasm. No demyelination in corpus callosum, but patient has a substantial partially empty sella with a thin rim of residual pituitary in the sellar floor.
