A small accessory bone seen lateral to the cuboid bone. It is an anatomical variant and should not be confused with fracture.

Case Discussion

A small accessory bone placed lateral to the the cuboid bone.It should not be misinterpreted as a fracture.It is located within the substance peroneus longus tendon. Os peroneum syndrome is an important differential of lateral foot pain.
