A definable, hyperdense lesion having bone density component and non-bony component with ground glass appearance is noted in the right frontal sinus.

Mild deviated nasal septum towards the right side is noted.

Case Discussion

CT findings are most likely concerning for right-sided frontal sinus ossifying fibroma as detailed above.
