Anteromedially projecting osteochondroma arising from the anterior surface of the scapular body. Large scapulothoracic bursa with peripheral enhancement reflecting bursitis. 

Case Discussion

Multiple osteochondromas/exostoses of the shoulder complicated by scapulothoracic bursitis. Also exostoses of the pelvic bones are seen.
