7 Y/O male with nocturnal left hip pain which wakes the patient , subsided by analgesics

Patient Data

Age: 7 y
Gender: Male

Radiographs show increased cortical thickness involving the lower third  of femoral shaft  

There is also focal round lucente / lytic focus within the center of the sclerotic lesion suggestive of a nidusLeg length discrepancy due to the lesion 

Bilateral coxa valga
