Right shoulder pain and swelling

Patient Data

Age: 9 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

X-ray of right arm shows mottled lucencies involving the proximal humeral diaphysis with cortical rarefaction and surrounding proximal arm soft tissue swelling.

mri

MRI of right arm shows metaphyseal and proximal diaphyseal intramedullary lesion with high signal intensity on STIR and postcontrast enhancement. It shows related cortical interruptions with surrounding soft tissue mass with heterogeneous postcontrast enhancement.
