Tunica ablugenia defect is seen in RIGHT corpus cavernosum in mid shaft of penis.
Defect size is about 6 mm.
Defect is on ventral aspect.
Local haemtoma is noted between right cavernosum and spongiosum.
Size about 7 x 6 mm
Proximal and distal shaft of penis shows normal corpus cavernosum and spongenosum, without defect
