Peculiar configuration of blood flowing both into the pulmonary artery (blue) and back towards the right ventricular outflow tract (red). In this case it's caused by turbulent blood flow after balloon dilatation treatment of pulmonary artery stenosis.
The colour coding neatly resembles the former logo of a well-known soft drink.
It is postulated by some that this sign is indicative of dyspepsia, which is more commonly (and more aptly) known as heartburn.
