There is an abscess around the anal canal from 11 o'clock (around 6 'clock) to 1 o'clock.
There is also an air tract between the abscess and the anal canal at 6 o'clock.
Case Discussion
Findings favor horseshoe-shaped perianal abscess.
Surgery revealed communication between the abscess and the anal canal at 6 o'clock.
