Info

A 94 × 48 mm well-defined mass with smooth border and homogenous internal density (~ 5 HU) is present at left lower hemithorax, anterolateral to the left cardiac border.
Case Discussion
Features on CT scan are consistent with a pericardial cyst, which is an uncommon benign congenital anomaly of the anterior and middle mediastinum. They are most commonly found on the right side, in particular the right anterior cardiophrenic angle, but can be found almost anywhere adjacent to the heart.
