Postoperative changes are seen due to right partial mastectomy and axillary lymphadenectomy.
A 28×22 mm well defined fluid density cyst like lesion is present inferior to the right lung hilum. A 21×19 mm similar lesion is noted at the right cardiophrenic angle.
Case Discussion
Parahilar and right cardiophrenic cystic lesions are most likely compatible with pericardial cysts.
Pericardial cysts are most commonly found on the right side, particularly the right anterior cardiophrenic angle, but can be found almost anywhere adjacent to the heart.
