Breath-hold MRI in conventional planes reveals a subdiaphragmatic cystic lesion anterior to the heart at the left cardiophrenic angle with fluid signal, contacting the pericardium, suggestive of pericardial cyst.
Case Discussion
MRI hence is a very valuable modality in imaging pregnant women.
