Upper abdominal sheet-like thick calcifications coating the peritoneum/serosa. Few additional lower abdominal peritoneal calcifications.
Case Discussion
Typical dystrophic peritoneal calcifications which can occur in the setting of continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis. Differential diagnosis can also include ovarian carcinoma or prior peritonitis.
