Depressed fracture of the of the right parietal bone.
No underlying extra-axial or intracerebral hematomas
Indented right parietal bone with intact bone mimicking green-stick fracture where the fractured bone has an intact cortex.
It is caused by blunt trauma (fall on the ground).
