Huge enhancing suprasellar mass with extension into sphenoid bone and cavernous sinuses. Note that although both carotids are completely encased in tumor, they are not stenosed. 

The patient was confirmed to have markedly elevated prolactin levels and they were treated with bromocriptine. No surgery or radiotherapy.
