Age: 80 years

Support lines are well positioned. Moderately large right pleural effusion extending laterally and into an azygos fissure in the apex. Persistent atelectasis at both lung bases. No evidence of pneumothorax. Cardiomediastinal contours are unchanged. Bilateral chest wall and lower neck subcutaneous emphysema.
