Presentation
Long history of bone deformities since childhood and three previous episodes of long bones fractures. Normal neurological development. Physical examination shows some 'cafe au lait' spots on the skin.

Bone scan demonstrates increased tracer uptake throughout the bones (lesions remain metabolically active into adulthood).
