Large round well – marginated dense opacity projected in the center of the frontal bones.
On the lateral view, the opacity is seen outside of the skull and actually represents a ponytail with a hairband, that on anteroposterior view mimics either osteoma or calcified meningioma

Different hair accessories can mimic tumors as in this case shown as ponytail artifact.
