Multilobular mass primarily located in the cortex and gyri of the right parietal and temporal lobes, with considerable mass-effect. There also is some leptomeningeal contrast enhancement. Significant mass effect with infratentorial herniation of the medial right lobe.

Biopsy-proven primary CNS lymphoma (NHL-type) with leptomeningeal spread and Kernohan's phenomenon
