There are multiple varying size nodules and characteristic parenchymal mass like lesions with calcification and volume loss. Interlobular septal thickening is seen.
Hilar and mediastinal calcified lymphadenopathies also are noted.
Ring artifact is present.
Case Discussion
The findings are most likely consistent with progressive massive fibrosis due to pulmonary silicosis.
