Bilateral pelvic deformity, with dysplastic acetabula, absence of the left femoral head and short and tapered femoral segment proximally on the right limb, with shortened femoral segments and fusiform distal end. Findings compatible with class C proximal focal femoral deficiency.
Case Discussion
Congenital femoral deficiency compatible with Aitken's class C.
