Presentation

Chest discomfort on exertion. Normal resting ECG.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female

The left main coronary artery quadrifurcates into:

  1. left anterior descending artery

  2. ramus intermedius as diagonal artery

  3. ramus interemedius as obtuse marginal artery

  4. left circumflex artery

Early bifurcation of right coronary artery.

The left anterior descending artery shows a long/super normal course.

No significant stenotic lesions.
